Fine Cloth does not allow returns of items bought online due to change of mind.

·       ·       We will only allow a return, by exchange or refund if a product is faulty. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange replacement or refund. Pieces at Fine Cloth are often one-off's or limited edition so we cannot always replace your purchase with what you originally bought. The product must not be worn, altered or washed. Swing tag must still be attached.

·       Before any action to return, you must contact Fine Cloth for approval of the return.

·       Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.

·       In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

·       Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to return earrings under any circumstances.
